Howdy all,
💾 Redid how I do offsite backups for my systems. For my Windows devices, I have them run a Macrium Reflect backup regularly to my home server, then I use Borg to put those backups on BorgBase. This turns out to be incredibly inefficient. After a suggestion from a friend to just use Restic instead of all these hops, I have moved over to using that. It’s turning out to be much easier, especially with the help of Restic Profile.
🎄 Finished up some Christmas shopping this week for my friends and family, hopefully they’ll enjoy what they get next Wednesday.
